CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS
Provisions governing campaigns for various elections and the mode of campaigning should be scrutinised.

For instance for Presidential and Parliamentary elections, candidates organize their separate campaigns but the period has to be determined by the Commission because of the number of districts and Sub-counties/Parishes for Presidential and Parliamentary elections respectively.

While for the Local Government Council elections, joint candidates campaign meetings are organised in each parish or aggregated parishes. The number of parishes is the determinant of the period, which should be set for the campaigns.
