Polling Date and Venue for Election of National Female Youth Representative to Parliament Hoima City Stadium, Hoima City, 6th February, 2026

In line with Article 61(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, the Electoral Commission appointed 6^th February 2026, as the date for the election of the National Female Youth Representative to Parliament.

The National Conference (electoral college) for Election of National Female Youth Representative (MP) will be held at Hoima City Stadium in Hoima City.

The Electoral College for electing the Female Youth Representative to Parliament shall be the National Youth Council (NYC), which comprises the following:

1. The National Youth Council Executive Committee (11 members);
2. Three (3) members of each City/District Youth Executive Committee, namely: The Chairperson; the Secretary for Finance and the Secretary for Female Affairs;
3. One (1) Youth with Disability (PWD) at National Level; and,
4. Four (4) delegates of the Uganda National Students Association (UNSA) at the National Level – two (2) female and two (2) male.

The Commission calls on members of the electoral college to turn up as per the above electoral programme and exercise their constitutional right to elect their leader.
