The Delegates’ Conference for the election of the Regional Youth Representative to Parliament shall comprise the following:
- Three (3) members of each Sub County/Town/Municipal Division Youth Executive Committee in the Region (Chairperson; Secretary for Finance and the Secretary for Female Affairs)
- The nine (9) members of each City/District Youth Executive Committee in the Region;
- Three (3) members of each Municipality/City Division Youth Executive Committee in the Region (Chairperson; Secretary for Finance and the Secretary for Female Affairs)
- One (1) Youth with Disability (PWD) per city/district in the Region;
- Two (2) delegates of the Uganda National Students Association (UNSA) per City/District in the Region, one of whom must be female.
All candidates, their agents and supporters are reminded to observe the respective dates and venues and participate in accordance with the guidelines for the elections.
